Does anyone know anything you can do/take for them? I've had a headache for 3 days straight. It started off with the pain around and above my left eye, yesterday it was across both eyes, and today it's more by the right eye. I've been taking tylenol sinus which helps for a bit, but then it comes right back. Does anyone know anything else you can do to relieve the pressure/pain? Thanks!!!

Re: Sinus headaches?
Have you tried Tylenol Sinus, that usually does the trick for me. I hope you feel better.

Re: Sinus headaches?
Could it be that you have a sinus infection instead of just the headache ? Dry air makes me hurt, try inhaling some steam from a hot cup of water.

Re: Sinus headaches?
Thanks ladies. I ended up making a last minute appt. w/ my dr. for this afternoon. If I had to deal with this through the weekend, I think I'd go nuts. Thanks again!

Re: Sinus headaches?
good thing you made an appt. w/ the doc!!! I get sinus infections it seems like once a month this time of year!! I was going to suggest popping a claritin and get some nasal spray (I have nasonex which is by prescription, but I also use Ayr or Ocean nasal spray, which is just an over the counter saline mist, it helps sometimes with my dry nose when I first wake up and I have that dizzying feeling ......I hope you feel better!! I hate sinus infections!!

Re: Sinus headaches?
A lot of times I start getting them if it's too dry in my house - too much heat always gives me a headache. If your dr. decides you don't have a sinus infection but the problem isn't going away, you can try setting up a humidifier in your bedroom to put some moisture in the air while you sleep. If you don't have one you can always put bowls of water near or on your radiators (depending on what kind of heat you have and assuming you don't have pets or little kids to knock them over!)
