sneakers?

sneakers?

i'd like suggestions on some good sneakers to get. i want to start going to the gym again or at least start walking more and i need a good pair of sneakers. i've seen those sketchers shape up ones but they seem to look a bit weird and i feel like they're almost platforms.

I dont know those sketchers one seem strange, I got to NYSC, havent seen a single person wearing them to the gym yet...
lately ive been wearing these sneakers...i love em! theyre super comfy...although my mom and DH hate the color lol i likkee itt

Definitely Nike Air Max +2009 Running Shoe. LOVE THEM> I go through sneakers fast as im an avid runner. Def these.

Mine are the darker grey with Yellow.

BTW I ONLY WEAR NIKE!

I am a Nike or New Balance fan.

The sketchers shape ups or any like them are just a gimmick......

I'd spend the money on a good regular pair for sneaks

I worked for a podiatrist for a lot of years and my best friends DH is a podiatrist and they all say New Balance is the best sneaker. It is constructed to give you the most support and holds your foot the right way. I think that Saucony (sp?) is made just like New Balance.

My ortho said the same thing...New Balance only for me. Even though I think they're ugly

I cant see how that can possibly be true when every foot is different? For me New Balance & Saucony's were way too wide for my foot. Nike is a narrower sneaker which is more comfortable fits & holds my foot so much better & in turn makes for much happier & a more successful running experience. JMO
