SO after Milana's issue--I decided to google my name........
and boy---ppl can be quite mean.
I found a site where a writer used the image from my NYPost wedding announcement--and basically throws jabs at how the NYPost weddings section is almost a 'lower class' version of the NY Times.
and ppl posting responses to the article take cheap shots at how i look in the pic. seriously---its just nuts how quick ppl are to judge.

i am so sorry - i know we already spoke about it but i just wanted to say it again.
i just wish i could reach those people and SLAP them but i can't and it won't do any good b/c they are obviously effed up.

wow Such jerks! Im sorry you had to read that. There are very mean and cruel people out there and i know exactly how you feel...i dont know which comment stuck to me more, the i look like a 'b-list porn star' one or 'i shouldve taken the money i spent for my wedding and got a nosejob'

well what sux is that they stole the images from the NYPost website---and then wrote a story about the wedding section.
it does burn a little bit but at the same time--its just silly
like one person said: 'Points for blatantly showing off french tips and spray tan? negative points for not having an updo?'
(um not a spray tan---i'm just hispanic people)
or another one saying that the difference between NYTimes and NYPost is: Fatties.

i googled my first and last maiden name and then my first and last married name. and it came up. then you can google your screen name too. see if it comes up

Thanks. I looked the only thing that comes up is my SN on here and its all posts, however there is a guy in England whose name on Myspace is Pegalega I thought i was the only one

this reminds me of 8th grade...our English teacher took pics of us and put them next to our stories...and i remember coming in one day and seeing 'fugly' written next to my pic.....and in 8th grade i was a chunky awkward adolescent who looked more like a boy at the time with my short hair cut...i wanted to just cry....now i could kick that person's a$$....and i know that there are always a-holes in the world....ignore them Melissa...cause on this site you are a high ranking hot looking favorite!!!!

Truth of the matter is that people are just plain bored and jealous of what they are not familiar with or they can not have. Both of your weddings were beautiful and were what you dreamed of... so what does it matter. Have thick skin ladies people will talk about you no matter what you do. Everything you post on an open forum is for the public to see. Even if our board was locked someone could make a fake name up. People use other peoples pics all the time. Most predators do this too to lure in children. Or all those scams to send foreign places money, they do the same thing. I googled my name and my old name shows nothing and my new... well there are a lot of people named it lol... I would be shocked if I saw something about me, but then again I am sure people talk. That is what makes the world go round. Take it this way, your mini celebs Chin up ladies
