Definetly try and get the ones without nonoxnol 9 in them if you can. Its a spermicide but like jess they used to give me SERIOUS UTI's. i can only use the non lubricated ones.. Some women are more sensitive to it than others.

if you have a regular cycle you can chart and just use a hat when fertile. much more effective the pull and pray. Charting worked great for me when preventing and helped when we started trying.

i've been off BC for months & pullin' & prayin' has been working quite nicely it's SO not as nice as when he..ahem..does u know what inside... but it sure beats a condom... i'm actually going to be going back on bc this month...can't wait!
