So I been married for 98 days............

Today is a SLOW day at work. So I was playing around and was looking at Bridal gowns and BM dresses and stuff. I emailed my mom and my aunt and said if i didnt get married already, I think i would change to a spring time wedding and this is what i would pick.....showed them the BM dresses, my dress, and flowers.
I also put a 'disclaimer' at the bottom saying dont get me wrong i LOVE my wedding and wouldnt change it for anything. This is all out of boredom and IF I WASNT ALREADY MARRIED.
My mom calls me and she was laughing and suprisingly she liked what i picked. My aunt.........sends me an email saying Im ungrateful and If i didnt like what I picked then I shouldnt have picked that blah blah blah and then she tells my mom 'how can she do that' she didnt like her own wedding.........
WHAAAAAAAT?
Even my mom said well, did you see the part where she said she LOVED everything about her wedding and my aunt just thought it was wrong.

So 2 questions.......does anyone else out there do that and second......am I wrong for doing it?
I dont understand why my aunt......not even my mom....My aunt flipped!!!

Oh lordy, sounds like someone took what you wrote the wrong way! We were JUST talking about this the other day here on Newlyweds and what people would do differently etc. - it's normal to think about it I think.

Okay so its good that Im not the only one who thinks about it. Again, I just want to say I LOVED LOVED LOVED everything about my wedding and was thinking if I got married at a different time of the year and stuff..............
God, I didnt think it was bad...LOL my aunt I guess is a bit of an over-reactor.........

maybe your aunt is having a bad day and the concept of you 'fantasy planning' another wedding rubbed her on the wrong side - why? who knows! at least some people got your sense of humor! just let her be...i would totally do something like that if i was bored! fantasy plan galore!

ITA this is exactly what I was thinking..

Sounds like your aunt took your e-mail out of context. Believe me when I say that I understand everything you are saying.
I am not even kidding when I say that if I was getting married this year I would have changed my hall, my dress, my flowers, and the month of my wedding. Not because I was unsatisfied with what I had, but I am just more aware as to what is out there now and I guess my taste has changed a little.
I think it is natural to day dream about how you would change things.
I wouldn't worry about it too much.

don't sweat the small stuff and your aunt shouldn't either...
it creates ulcers.

I am 100% with you. I think every thing is hindsight 20/20. Boo to your aunt and to your mom...That is so cute. My mom and I talk about it and laugh about the changes. I think it's normal, and it doesn't make you ungrateful but human
