I was teaching self contained special ed for the past 3 years. I just was offered a inclusion position on Long Island!

Thats great. I work for the board or ed teaching first grade. Last summer i worked in a self contained class of 6 first graders. It was sooo hard going to work everyday. I would never do it again. I would take my 21 kids any day. Good luck in your new job!!!

Congrats Callan. Lucas was in an inclusion class last year, and this year they put him in main stream, which doesn't make me happy . I went infront of the board and everything. They said because of his state scores he's learning at a mainstream level. Looks like I have some fighting to do this year with the board It's always something.

Thanks girls!!! I sent out hundreds of resumes- and only got 2 interviews! Luckily the second one went well!
