and can you believe my name is spelt wrong?

I know!!! My Dh is like 'Do you have the paper that you spelt your name on??' Duh!, I know that I didn't spell my own name wrong!!!
So now I have to give them back the album - they said they could get it back to me in about 2 weeks.

I used ADA and we've yet to do our album

we've been so busy! I wasn't too happy with my proofs either....

How long did it take to get your proofs?

3.5 weeks, but I had to call them to see if they were ready.

So okay - a week or two my a s s - We called them and at first were told they didn't have time to look for it. ***??????????????????????????
So my DH made a special trip there - and told them off - the owner comes out - like 'whats the problem??' Exuse me - but you told us this would be done in a week or two - it is now over a month - this was your offices mistake - and the girl tells me she doesn't have 'time for me'?
He says 'oh no - whoever told you a week or two was wrong -' Well again, thats your staff - I want my album now. He'll have to look into it and call my DH in a while.

He calls him 2 hours later and told him he (the owner) had to drive to I think Brooklyn - to get our album - Puleaze!!!!!!!
So I now have my album -
I hate them and would never recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I think that is unbelieveable!!! That is so bad!!! They should fix it immediately and give you some $$ back or at least blow you up some pics for all you inconvenience!!!!

I am sorry that you went throught this & it is very unfortunate..

I think everyone is entitled to their feelings & opinions...I know I have read on here before about the names being spelt wrong but in my family's experience with them, we have not encountered one problem...My FBIL was married in Feb 03 & the service they received was amazing & nothing was wrong with their albums...
