So I got my dress back from Wedclean and it sucked

So I got my dress back from Wedclean and it sucked

and they were really sweet about it and refunded my money.
Here are the pics of how it wasnt cleaned at all:

So anyway, now that I got my money back, I have to get it cleaned again. They asked me to send it back to them so they can try it again, but Im not sure I want to bother. However, it would be a lot more expensive to try some other place.

What would you do?

Sorry to hear that. I used them too but didn't take out my dress to inspect it. It wasn't bad at all. I only had a small sauce stain on the edge of one of my sleeves and then a little dirt on the underside of the hem. I don't plan on using it again, I just did it only because it is easier to store when it is boxed up.

did you put the stickers on the stained parts? They should have inspected it whether you put the stickers on it or not.

yeah I know a lot of people really liked them in the past so I was shocked when it wasnt even cleaned. There were still seedlings in the veil that was supposed to be cleaned....

I sent them the pics and they said they were even shocked it got sent back to me like that.

I'd let them give it another shot. Their customer service seems good, so if they still are not able to get out the stains, I'm sure it won't cost you anything. Worth a shot, espcially now that they are aware of all the missed stains, I'm sure they will try their best.

Wow, I used them and was very happy. I also waited over 2 years to get it cleaned, so I guess it went better than expected.

I would give them a 2nd chance at cleaning it. I would make sure that if they don't get it cleaned this 2nd time that you will not have to pay anything. It's obvious from your pictures that it wasn't such a great job

Uh oh - I should take out my gown and inspect it. I just got it back a couple of days ago. I didn't have any bad stains but the hem got pretty dirty from walking around Old Westbury Gardens.
I hope everything works out with your gown!

You sent it to them and they never cleaned it and then they sent it back to you?? I dont understand how that happend!!

Beth, you should use the place I used. It costed only $79.00 during the month I went. I think regular price is $99.00 Another LIW girl used them also and was happy. I think you can do a search. I posted about it or FM me. Talk to you soon! Sorry to hear about your hassle. I would try someone else.

wow..thats sucks that happened t you..I wouldnt like that at all!!! They did a GREAT job on my dress..but if they hadnt..Id think twice about having them do it again.

I say only send it back to them if they will pay for all of the shipping of the dress.

I am sorry to hear that, I was planning on sending mine to them, and there are some really bad stains at the hem, because we went out to a bar after the wedding!

Beth did you get an email stating that they weren't able to get all the stains out. The reason I ask is because I guess it is the president sent me and email telling me that the stain on the bodice of the dress wasn't able to come out and they didnt want to try to clean it to much because the nature of the fabric. But I am temped to open up the box and see if the underside of the dress is clean. the bottom of my dress was flithy due to us walking in the park and then walking around cocktail hour.
