So I started my part time job yesterday....

Back story-- I started a pt job yesterday for a company I used to work for when I was younger. I started there 10 years ago. Everything was different. Registers are completely different. The girl who was training me (she just graduated hs) looked at me when i asked her questions like I was from the caveman era. She's not the brightest crayon in the box...if you will.

Also- my manager is a friend of mine. That is one of the main reasons I went back. I started working wtih him when he was an associate. So nobody but the managers in the store know I know him. These little kids were talking crappola to me about him lol. Little do they know.... I text him when I got off last night and I said that he's got a bunch of little punks working for him.

As we were waiting to leave, I was surrounded by kids who were talking about the computer games they play, which laptop mouse they like, what teachers they don't like... hs stuff.

I feel like I'm reliving my youth that's for sure, but I never thought I'd feel so old lol

I started working there when people were just starting to get internet and im and email...and now, people don't even have to sign charge slips...
