We are signing the contract and giving the deposit (YIKES!) on our soon to be place in park slope today... I can't believe it. I can't decide whether I am more excited or terrified, but either way hoping that the rest of the process will go smoothly!

it is a co-op actually, but way more space than we have now (we are in manhattan now), so I am psyched!
ETA: I WISH we could afford a house/brownstone in that area but the cost is absurd!!!!
