Where is everyone spending thanksgiving? We will be with Dh's family....

We are having FIL, MIL, SIL her husband, nephew, BIL and girlfriend, DH's grandma and my mom out to Colorado where we live for 5 days!!

I am so excited

We get to host our first holiday as husband and wife.

We are celebrating at the place we got married, Land's End. They have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Its $35 per person and you get salads, pastas, the full meal and dessert. They got us a round of drinks last year.

We always have a long day because everyone lives local. We go to my parents around 1, leave at about 4, got to DH's grandma's for like an hour and then we spend the rest of the day, and usually night, at DH's parents.

Last year I made the turkey and all the fixings and his family made other foods and we all stuffed ourselves. Im not sure I'm up to it this year.. Im still exhausted from the honeymoon and poor. May do nothing at all.

We are actually separating...Since both of us have divorced parents it is extremely difficult of us. SO Thanksgiving I go to my family and he goes to his..
Christmas is a driving nightmare for us

told them this morning....Dad wasn't too happy with the prospect of being called grandpa, mys tepmom had a dream 2 weeks ago and knew I was, my sister freaked, and his one sister is really excited
