So pissed off at my photographer!!! RANT, sorry long!
As you know I've been very upset with my photographer, but I am stil holding on posting a review for him, because I still didn't get my album or any of the prints, just the proofs (which after sometime turned out to be hi-resolution images) I am still trying to figure out how those images can be hi-resolution, but that's a different story.
Now about 2 months ago he was threatenning me with not doing an album because I was unable to give him pictures for an album because first he was on vacation for over a week and then I left for my honeymoon. When I came back I had a really nasty e-mail saying that if I won't respond then he'll decide that I don't want an album and prints.
So I sent him an e-mail saying that I was on my honeymoon and that I'll get it to him within a week, which I did. Then a bit over a week later I haven't heard from him, so I sent him an e-mail asking when can I expect to see my proofs and he e-mailed saying that they'll be ready next day and they were. Horrible, but ready. He took out some of the pictures that I wanted in and included some other pictures. I took a little less then a week to reorganize it and sent it to him late Sunday night. From then I've been waiting for over 2 weeks and sent him an e-mail to ask when can I expect them. He said that he is working on them along with many others and he should have it ready by tonight (that was Monday) I haven't heard from him on Monday, so I figured I'll give him another day or 2. Then I sent him another e-mail yesterday and he said that he did promised to have it done by Monday but he was still working on them on Tuesday night and will finish them up tonight (Wednesday night) and said that he wants to talk over the phone either later at night or next day in the morning. I sad that it will be better at night and he confirmed that he'll call between 9pm and 11 pm last night.
I waited until 10:40 pm and still no call from him, so I sent him an e-mail and still no response. I looked at the page and there are still old proofs. I am lost and not sure what to do.
At this point I just want to get everything that I was supposed to get from him and then write a very bad review.
Also, do you think that it would be fair if I won't give him the last part of the payment after I'll get everything from him?
He missed so many importaint moments that I specifically asked him to take pictures of and the pictures that he gave me are either underexposed or overexposed.
