We belong to RCI Vacation Club, so we are going to see what we can get through them.
Haven't decided where we are going to go, but we decided on CRUISE!!!
I would like to stop in Puerto Rico...if that is one of the options. We really have to start using our VaCa Club....so I have to see what they have to Offer.
Any Newlyweds that have been on Cruises??? What are your Experiences??? Should I have to be Worry about sea sickness??? Thanks in Advance.

My friend said that the food on her cruise was some of the best meals she's ever eaten.

Cruises are so much fun!!! I've been on a few with DH. We even took a 14 day cruise for our HM. You guys will have so much fun. I wouldn't worry about getting sea sick. The ship is so big that most of the time you wont even realize that youre on a ship. And when you do feel it rocking, it really isnt that bad. Just make sure you get a room thats closer to the middle of the ship, rather than the front or the back, because you tend to feel the movement less when you're in the middle. And I would definitely try and steer clear of an interior room and at least get a room with a widow, or even better, a balcony. The interior rooms are so incredibly small, you'll just have a much better experience if you get a room with a window or a balcony. It all depends on your budget though. Either way you guys are going to have a blast....and plan on gaining a bunch of weight because you're never going to stop eating!!

Very nice! we always anted to do one but we're not much for dancing. games etc so ewe're afraid all we would do is eat lol. And NEITHER of us needs additions to our wasitlines. But have tons of fun for us and take lots of pics so we can live vicariously though you!

Cruises: -FUN FUN FUN -unlimited food - 24hrs/day 7day/week -fun activities on the ship -i don't get seasick at all so no issues for me but it doesn't hurt to take some dramamine along -excursions off the ship can book up quickly so try to book them from home before you get to the ship and they'll issue your tickets when you get onboard guess that's it! Royal Carribean has some that pull out of Puerto Rico, you can go in a day early and go around Puerto Rico. I loved Royal Carribean, we did it for our HM, it was great!!!

we went on a cruise for our HM, it was DH's first one my second, it was amazing!!! so wirth the money!! we went out of PR, and went to st thomas, st marteen, st jon, aruba and currico (sp?)

oh you'll really love it! dh and i just got back from our first cruise ever for both of us, we went on carnival (if you choose them try to get on the glory, we saw it in port it looks amazing and newer than the one we were on). we ate constantly, but as an aside they also had a great salad bar so i made it my business to eat at least 4 meals only salad.
fun and games! bring a video camera! there's a daily itnerary of stuff to do especially for days at sea. we went to mexico (cozumel and progresso). i wouldnt choose those again but we're glad we saw them and we're done. progresso is only good if you want to make the 2 hour bus ride to the mayan ruins of chichen itza which are amazing.

btw about seasickness, we were fine but the weather was horrible (we ran into a storm with gale force winds!!) and the ship really rocked so if you think you may be seasick bring the dramamine or even get one of those patches people wear behind their ear (not sure if thats prescription or over the counter)
