So, what did everyone have to Eat???

My Father made a Sprial Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Parsnips, Beans, and I can go on & on.

Just wondering what everyone else had to Eat.

I had salad, spanakopita, asparagus, cheesecake, and rainbow cookies, DH ate roasted potatoes and prime rib. Now he's making corn beef and cabbage since he was not able to make it for St. Patrick's Day. So we are celebrating two holidays.

Yeah our bellies are very right now. It was supposed to be a quite time just DH & I...we went to visit his grandma in the hospital and then my mom called wanting us to come celebrate & eat...ever year they go to the car show so it was reason enough for mom to celebrate (she's not a fan)....everything snuck up on us so FAST this year.

DH's mom's frozen left overs from 3 weeks ago. I offered to bring a ham and make something but she said, when you come to her house, its what she has or nothing.

I made a sprial ham, cheesy potatoes, homeade butterhorn rolls, broccoli salad. Then my sister brought green bean casserole and my other sister brought jello pretzel salad. We also had banana cream pie, lemon supreme pie and a pound cake.

stuffed mushrooms, lasagna, ham, and all the fixins

Defo hitting miss ellip today to work them all off today!!

MOm cooked spiral ham, scalloped potatoes, turnip, green beans and broccoli.

Coconut cream pie and a peach/raspberry pie. YUM!!

Rice and Beans and Pasteles, macaroni salad. lol...
