I really want to make sauce but I don't know if I'll have the time and I have no sausage. I can't have sauce without sausage, it's just not right.

I defrosted a pork loin so that I could make this apricot sauced pork medallion recipe yesterday ... and we never went shopping because I felt like crap ... so we are going shopping later and I am making that. hopefully i will get out early and we can get to the store by 6 or something so that maybe we can eat by 8. I hate eating late!!!

DH always does the cooking so I don't know until I get home.
He does it because he gets home earlier than I do and he actually enjoys cooking. Works for me

I'm cooking a roast beef with mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables (probably spinach) and dinner rolls. I'm not even hungry though so nothing is appetizing to me right now.

Grilled steak, wide noodles for DH, sauteed string beans and a mixed salad. Quick dinner, should take about 20 minutes start to finish.

why don't you make a vodka sauce. It wont take as long and you dont need sausage for it.

honey balsamic chicken
take about 1 1/2 cups of balsamic vinegar about 1/2 cup of honey 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil
Mix all three ingredients together.. . . .
Take chicken dip in liquid then in breadcrumbs bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
