Please post recipe, Heather; sounds good!!

Most likely, we'll be having leftover meatballs that DH made earlier in the week. I'll probably cook up some pasta with them.

I've been so sick and have no appetite at all.
I'm going to try some poached chicken and rice, see if that agrees with me.
As for DH, not sure what to make for him. Maybe I'll make him chicken parm with pasta and salad.

I'm going ALL OUT tonight!!! I'm making tuna wraps!!!!

I'm going to get home late tonight so easy prep and easy eats.

Last night I made salmon fillets with greek style smashed potatoes (boil potatoes, add olive oil, a small amount of red wine vinegar fresh chopped onions salt and pepper) and veggies.

Since I am now on a diet, DH is on one as well

Not sure-DH is home so he is making me a 'surprise' recipe... He ccooks well though lol. Oh for ladies who want their DH to cook-get him the book by Alton Brown. I forget the title but its the 'science' of cooking. DH LOVES it because like most men he is a problem solver. The books focuses less on recipes and more on cuts of meat, certain types of food and why you wnat to use certain pans, heat etc.

Pete calls it a 'man's kitchen tool.'
