We're eating at my mom's tonight - having grilled swordfish...my favorite! (I get my fill of fish when I eat at my mom's since FH hates fish and I don't feel like cooking 2 different things every night )

Re: So whats for dinner tonight?
cooks illustrated has a reduced fat 'fried chicken' recipe that's baked... I've modified it for chicken nuggests... so we're having nuggets with honeymustard dipping sauce, and broccoli and cauliflower with a low fat cheese sauce.....
