So what's going on here?

I have been trying to resolve an issue I had with Bridal Elegance. None of my phone calls were returned and neither were my emails. So I decided to send a letter b/c I want to make an effort to resolve the problem before I complain to the BBB. That was also returned to me today as undeliverable!

I checked the address and it's correct so what is going on? The company isn't even listed on the BBB and in addition to that, I noticed she's no longer a vendor on here. Furthermore, I noted that the post I had describing the issues I had is pulled. What's up?!

sorry that you had a problem with her---did you send the letter certified mail/return receipt? if not, i would send it again....and make sure you do this and let her know that you will be reporting her to bbb if she doesn't respond to it.

it really stinks cause i know that a lot of ppl have had issues with phyllis....its like either you are 100% happy with her or you are just NOT happy at all! i was a lucky one--but i know that there are others who were not so lucky

Entirely. Telephone and email is entirely sufficient to handle the situation. My free time is extremely limited and I am not wasting one minute of it driving over there to deal with someone who doesn't even have the professional courtesy to return a phone call.
