So yesterday I started the name change process...

I went to SSA and the DMV. I sitll have to change my bank account, credit cards, cell phone, home phone, school loans, health and life insurance, retirement accounts, passport, all of my online travel accounts, and all of my work accounts. Sheesh! Men have it easy.

I just want to relax...Im soooo tired!!! I got married on Saturday, finished unpacking in our apt on Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday, went back to work.

I havent even started, dont plan on it anytime soon either. I want to keep my name just a little bit longer, , I will prob do it some time this summer!

i changed it on everything EXCEPT Social Security! (in brooklyn you have to go to this special location )

What did DMV accept as proof of name because they told me not to come down there till I have my new SS card but I wanted to go to both next week.

I didn't have my new SS card. I just brought my driver's license and my marriage certificate.
