Re: Some Honeymoon pictures from France

The Eiffel tower is def my best. I am going to play with it at home, and frame it in black & white...big mat and wood frame

Re: Some Honeymoon pictures from France

What a great tower shot!

It would be really nice to turn them into a series of photo hanging for your house.

The tower one and this one

and a photo of you two would be pretty cool :D

Re: Some Honeymoon pictures from France

This brings back such great memories, when I was there in March, this was a walkway People were having lunch, hanging out by the water. Your pix brings it all back for me. I did not enjoy France like I enjoyed London, but these pix are beautiful nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Some Honeymoon pictures from France

Yes it is, but I think I want just one picture per frame, and darker wood

I am going to see what else I can make B&W at home - also waiting for the photos from the castle, which I can hopefully use

Re: Some Honeymoon pictures from France

There is a store in Chelsea called AI Friedman that has every sort of frame and matting you could want. So if you are looking to do a collectino like this, its a good source for like looking frames.

On the other end of the spectrum, I saw Ikea has these black frames with white mattes for practically nothing. They are square which means you will have to crop some of the photo but its a cool look if you can work with black.

Great pics, Helen! I loved Notre Dame and the view from the Eiffel tower is so amazing, isn't it? When I went, it was night and it was sooo cool. Also liked your hydrangea picture...reminded me of my wedding flowers!

Re: Some Honeymoon pictures from France

thanks tracy

Paris was so hot, and both of us felt we 'had' to do some sights, but weren't really into it at all. In the long run though, I love that Eiffel tower shot so much , that 100 degree heat and a 2 hour line was all worth it.

I have another shot at home I want to play with - I'll post it later

Right now I'm stuck at work
