Sometimes he makes me sooooo mad!!!!!!

Last night I had plans with a friend and as I was leaving work, I called DH's cell just to say hi. He picks up the phone says 'Can't talk right now very busy talk to you later.' and just hangs up the phone. Doesn't even wait for me to say OK

He's done this to me before and I just think it's the rudest thing EVER!!! Nothing is ever that important that you can't give someone the courtesy of speaking before you hang up the phone! We had an argument about it last night and he just doesn't understand, he says I'm being precious and that I should get over myself. I told him that I deserve a lot more respect than he's showing and I think there's something fundamentally wrong with the way he treats people sometimes.

I am just LIVID!

Anyone else have a similar problem???

Honestly DH & I do that to each sometimes, it only happens at work and it's because my boss is usually right at my desk talking to me about something.

I know it's annoying and I'm sorry that happened to you and that he wasn't more sensitive to your feelings about it.

DH does this to me all the time at work only but he works in a very pressure filled job and i understand but i do get mad at him and say the least you could say bye.

I would be livid if he ever did this if i called him at home or when he was out with friends.

DH and I don't do that. DH knows that if he EVER hung up the phone on me like that it woudln't be pretty! I know to not do that to him as well. It's disrespectful and you should talk to your DH again!

My Dh's job is much busier than mine and more stressful. He will say he can't talk, but always lets me say OK and goodbye before hanging up.

I also would prefer that he not answer the phone and let me leave a message than hang up on me. Maybe that would work for you guys too.

Yeah, that's what I told him to do. But it just bugs me that he won't acknowledge that it's rude!

How rude
That would totally piss me off and he's know about it.

I swear if I didn't now better I would swear our DH were the same person sometimes. They can both be pretty careless of our feelings and they're not the first to apoligize even when we explain that they hurt us.
Maybe it's a twin thing?!
