Somewhat NW related

Is anyone in the process of house hunting? I have been on the LIF home board but its more decorating and stuff.... And, well, if you don't have a home yet its kind of useless

We just began house hunting about 2 months ago and I hate it. Not to mention it is absurdly stressful..

Any luck? Did anyone put in offers? Does anyone know about real estate and/or real estate law? Any real estate agents on this board?

Let me know... I actually have quite a few questions..

DH and I started house hunting in NC a few weeks ago. We're actually meeting with our REA on January 2nd to go see another set of homes. SO far, we havent put in any offers, but I dont think it'll be too long before we do.

The worst stress for us is being out-of-state and thinking about how to afford the mortgage!!!! I feel like pulling my hair out everytime I think about it

I'm not too familiar with real estate, but I have been learning a lot along the way, so feel free to ask away and if I dont know, I can always ask my uncle who is in real estate
