signed the contract for our house......

i cannot believe we are buying a house!!!!!!!

we are still waiting for the actual mortgage approval so we have to keep our fingrs crossed on that but we hope to close between 4/30 and 5/30......

i am so excited i just had to share our news!!!!!!
