Its exactly 1 week until we HAVE to close on our house!!! if we dont close we will be paying the seller $85 a day until closing!!

Ofcourse we still DO NOT have a closing date!


our banker has been saying everyday since last wednesday that we will have an answer today!
yesterday he said we should know by tomorrow (today) morning!

he gets mad when we annoy the crap out of him, because he says 'it out of his hands' and is currently in the underwriters, and they are backed up!

ughhhhhhhhh the morning is just about over!

please please pray that we find out today!!!!!!!
i dont think i can take another day of not hearing anything! its soo frustrating!!

when we we're trying to get a closing date we almost didnt get one b/c the seller refused to put in a spigot outside for us... I mean how the heall are we supposed to get water outside for a hose to water the lawn & plants & stuff???

Regardless to say we told the seller we werent going to take the house then & would sue for lost time if we didnt get the spigot that only cost him $250 to put in

we got our spigot

This is why we used a mortgage broker cause they get right on the underwriters butt....

I still wouldnt not have closed if it wasnt for our broker

I swear buying a house is wayyy more stressful than planning a wedding!

We just got the appraisal and we were suppose to close next week, and still we have no date! UGH this process is physically making me ill.
