Sorry but I just need to vent

And yes, I'm a little intoxicated.

It is now november 4. ALL i want to do is move in to my mother effing house. that's all i want. is that too much to ask? I NEED TO GET OUT OF THIS APARTMENT! and to make matters worse, there is schit EVERYWHERE!!!! EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!! because we are trying to pack and get rid of stuff and there are boxes and cats all OVER the place! I JUST WANT TO BE SETTLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here. Except we had to leave our apartment because my landlord already found a new tenant before we even knew our closing date. We ended up living at my sister's house out of boxes and sleeping on an air mattress for a week.

welcome to my life. or what was my life. once the floors and painting were done and we put something on the windows, we put the airmattress there and we have been 'living' there primarily since

but we still havent officially moved in yet - furniture and stuff

we were waiting for DH's test to be over...and now that is is, its time to have a moving dateeee

but you will get thru it...and hoenstly, it doesnt need to be PERFECt for you to move in. just set up the airmattress while you are doing work. and then when things are in good shape move in the furniture

im not sayin its an ideal situation (trust me, ive been married 6+ months now!!), but you just gotta roll w the punches sometimes ya know

thanks guys. our painting is being done next week, and we're moving in on the 18th. it seems like forever away... especially with our first mortgage payment almost due lol.

wait. you guys arent painting your house? im sooooooooooo jealous. we painted our freakin house!! it took us almost a month to do it plus we had to have the pergo floors installed.

i think we moved in a few days before the first payment was due.

i feel your pain
