sorry for the heavy post but death makes you re-evaluate

so ive been going through a lot of crap lately and its really had me change my persepctive on people, myself, whats important, just life in general. basically i started thinking about a friend of mine who has passed and everyone loved her. she was an amazing parent, hard worker, and a blast to be around. even if you were not close with her, you couldnt find one person to say a bad thing about her.

i want to be more like her. I think if we all strived to better ourselves we would be so much happier.

the other day, i bought an elderly man his groceries since he couldnt get his debit card to work. I signed up to help build a house for a family in need. instead of selling our old car, we donated it.

what i would like from you laides is quite simple really, but difficult at the same time. I would HONESTLY like some fms telling me how i could change to better myself. self reflection isnt completely accurate so why not ask people that can speak behind a screen and know i want the truth.

i thank you for your help, because that is what i view it as. I want to be the person who changes your (metaphoricaly) life.

thanks

I agree with you...loss really makes us re-evaluate how we live our lives.

Re: sorry for the heavy post but death makes you re-evaluate

I don't know you at all. But what I do know just from reading this is that you are doing something that truly makes good people. You are reflecting and admitting that perhaps there are things that you can do to improve upon to better yourself and your life. In my mind, you are pretty freakin' special.

I am sorry you have been going through this. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. My kudos go out to you as well for being so brave and trying to reflect and improve.
