we went to sandalwood spa in massapequa for my bp. I highly recommend the hot stone massage. The only thing was it's in a kind of ghetto looking building, we were a little weary going in but the inside is really comfy and really nice.

But seriously, try... Salon Blue/Spa 180.. I dont know if they do mani/pedis, but Im pretty sure they do massages and what not

i have never heard of these....do you have any info on them...
