What is the best type of scale to have? Digital? The one I have now has a little dial thing and is never on the 0.

i love my moms 1960 scale.. its about 15 lbs off. i go there when i need a boost in confidence lmao

That's what my mom has, but weigh yourself more than once just to be sure and never on carpeting!
I stood on it when it was on the carpet and it said I weighed 102 lbs. My mom and sister were clapping me on the back and congratulating me but I was like 'Ummm I haven't been that weight since the 5th grade, unless I'm dead, this is wrong.' I turned out to be 116 lbs. instead.

I have the WW digital scale and love it because it does to the tenth and also does body mass

I hate scales! LOL
I try to only use the one at my gym b/c it's like a doctor's office scale where you have to slide the weights over on the top of it. I feel like that's the most accurate.
