spin off- have you ever been in a girl fight?

pegalega's post got me thinking! have anyone of you ladies ever been in a fist fight / girl fight? got your arse kicked?

me, never. never really been in that position.
i'd hope i could throw down though! im little and can easily be tossed but i know there is a button in me and im sure i could do a little street cleaning when pushed.

nope, but got a funny girl fight story.

I was a grad student about to graduate. Both me and the post doc contacted a collaborator several times begging for an antibody. Finally, he sent it out after this post-doc's last email.

she then declared the antibody was 'hers' my advisor said 'no, it's both of yours. (my project needed much more antibody than hers) I asked her, can you give me the antibody? She said NO. She then got b!tchy to me. I got irritated, but remained calm. She then said......

wannna take this outside

yeah b!itch.... I'll fight your for the antibody needless to say, any remaining crumb or respect I had for her flew out the window at that moment.

nothing serious. just silly stuff when i was younger.

this neighbor/friend was kinda serious-kinda joking (physical) fighting w/ me and i think i threw a shoe at her bc she was starting to take it too far!!

'who throws a shoe?!'

similar thing happened at a pool party when i was young. this girl that i sorta had a rivalry with started bullying me a little and so i got rough back with her. she was trying to dunk me and crap. had to defend myself.

So one night we're at a bar out east for my MOH Jess's FH's band's show. At the time, The Sleeping was a small unknown band and there were like 30 people at this bar... So Jess's FH's band was set to play after the Sleeping.

So the Sleeping is playing... This was one of the first shows I'd been to in years.. we used to go to 'hardcore' shows back in 98/99 and a little in 2000/01... So when we were goin to shows in '99, the boys would watch out for the girls, theyd protect us. And thats the mentality we had at this show which was in like 03? Little did we know that the ENTIRE scene had changed

Some dude is in the middle of the pit doing spin kicks to a SLOW song by the Sleeping So anyway, this dude is real close to kickin me in the face. So he gets real close at one point and I *kick* him in the ***.. I use the term loosely bc I meerly pushed him [with my foot] to get him away from me!

So anyway this guy flips out and starts throwing chairs around. F@g. All of a sudden i feel someone pull at the back of my head and say something like WT F IS GOIN ON?! Then I feel her claws on my neck!!!! I'm trying to hold myself up from falling backwards bc shes pulling my hair, and within seconds she releases and DH was pulling me out... A huuuge crowd forms behind me and I realized I dropped my wallet so I'm searching for it.

Ends up that in this crowd was JESSI BEATING THIS GIRL SENSELESS!!!!! Jess pulled her off me while DH pulled me away and started pounding on her face.

Moral of the story: Don't assume emo kids aren't as *well-mannered* as hardcore kids and don't fck with Jess's MOH.

Just one in the 8th grade!!!

My locker happened to be across from the behavioral sped class (They didn't switch classes but were allowed out during passing time- why who knows?) So one day for no apparent reason this random girl whom I didn't know decided to pull out my ponytail. I ignored it.....this continyed for days!! Now I was getting pissed. So I talked to my Dad and he decided to give the almighty at the time 85/90lb me tips on how to fight- once you start punching don't stop, put your weight into it, blah blah blah. So after days of torment which was progressively getting worse I decided to fight back! I was walking down the hall as she prooceeded to push me (again I have no clue why- still don't to this day) when I turned around and punched the b!tch right in the face! She was totally caught off guard, so I went for it and punched the b!tch again ! She then pulled my hair which I in turn pulled back along with some scratching! Ithe end I had a headache and she had a bloody, scratched face and was suspended!! YAY ME!!

Moral of the story- don't f*ck with me

Me too!!

I grew up in Brooklyn, there was no boys/girls different when we were kids, so I fought boys as well as girls.

There were many, but here are 2 stories, one for each

#1- I musta been 11 or something and the town bully is following me around, she wants to fight, she has her posse and I am alone. I'm not stupid enough to have her friends jump me too and there was no reason for a fight, so I went home. Well, she followed me there too and my dad made me go down and kick her a$$, which I did.


#2- Staying at a friends house who is goign thru a seperation with her huband, btu still living together. I liked him as a person, butt not as a DH to my GF. Anyhoo, he comes home with his new girlfriend. We are all watching TV trying to play nice. The hubby and new GF go to get us all tea and coffee from 7-11, when he came back (I was on the phone in the kitchen) my friend made a comment about his Gf and he threw a scalding cup of tea on her and they got into it.
Now, let me say this, I do not believe in violence, I don't believe it solves anything. That being said; don't F*&k with my family or friends

I grabbed him, threw him up a half flight of stairs and tried to throw him out of the house. When he struggled, I threw him on the bed, jumped on top of him, hit him a few times and asked him if he liked it? Told him to get the F! out and stay out and if I ever heard of him laying a hand on her again, this would be nothing compared to what I could do to him.

I think I shocked him when I flew at him from the kitchen. I am not a violent person, but will kill for my loved ones.

Yes but Im a talker now so i try not to fight.

Right after HS I got into a fist fight outside one of those under HS club nights....it was fun. At the time (and even now) i had an issue with people touching me. And some chick walked past me and slammed her shoulder into me and that was it. I turned around shoved her-yes Im THAT girl, she tripped and fell. And it went from there. I got kicked out, my dad even came up and was telling the cops that I didnt do anything wrong

Not really. Just those fights with my sister when we were younger. Nothing big.
