Spin-off on Thank You Card to Non-Gift Givers

Spin-off on Thank You Card to Non-Gift Givers

2 couples at my wedding had their checks bounce, know about it, spoke to DH about it and said they would re-send their gifts and never did. Do I send them Thank You's?

- 1 couple traveled a long distance just to be there and the guy is entering the army and is a fairly new friend of DH's -- I think I will definitely send a Thank you.

- The other couple is DH's very close family member and his Girlfriend & they do extremely well (he drives a BMW X5, lives in NYC, etc). Not too sure about sending a Thank You to this one........

send a thank you just thanking them for sharing your day with you.

I think sending a thank you card to both of them may jolt their memories to the fact that they never resent their gifts. With the holidays, they may have forgotten. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt.

it sounds like the do well at spending-

If I bounced a gift check- I would be mortified and would have sent you a new check right away
