When You are ready for BABIES?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

How has a Baby here now? how did u know??/

How is working on it???

How is NOT working on it since we are 'not' ready??!?!?!?








I am NOT working on it now!!!!!
I am scared i guess.... I dont know when its a good time...
Im scared i will be giving up 'my freedom' lol if that makes sense... I am scared that when a baby comes, U cant go out.. u have to always look for a babysitter.. u CANT sleep late like i do (Satursdays im up at Noon~~~)...

I will be the first to tell you, its not easy. You have to follow your gut and heart. They will tell you when you are ready. Yes you do lose the 'freedom' and sleeping in, but you gain a whole lot more.

We knew when we were ready when many of my friends were having kids and I felt the urge in my gut to have one of my own. It's like maternal instinct just clicks one day (hard to explain). I wont say it's Easy, in fact it is hard sometimes and yes I wish sometimes I can just go out, go on a date with DH, but baby comes first. I was lucky and blessed to have my parents there to assist us. Without them, I don't think I could have done this.

We knew we were going to start trying once we got married - for us it was almost backward, like how did we know when we were ready to get married? ...when we were ready to have babies!

We have been TTC since the wedding and I did NOT think it was going to be this complicated.

Stupid Catholic high school tryin to tell you it can happen at any time - NOT! Apparently there is only a very smalllll window and we can't figure out when that bad boy is open, haha!

We just knew! I never wanted to have kids old....well after 30...but then realistically I had to change that to fit in more than one child..so it went to 2 kids before I was 35. lol.

After a miscarriage last year we knew we were ready...but wanted to get married first...so we did just that...and now we are ready to try again. I wanted to wait until after our Disney trip to start (so I could have fun too)...and also due to work I wanted to have a baby as close to summer as possible...so here we are almost ready to get this going!

I guess like the other ladies said you just know. I don't mind giving up my freedom...but a few years back that may have been the case. It's okay to feel the way you are...that just may mean you aren't ready at this exact moment. It will come to you and you will know!

Children was something we discussed within the first few month of dating. Ultimately we ended up starting to TTC in January of 2011 and 15 months later are still waiting for a BFP. But we're working with an RE and hopefully we'll have a BFP soon

DH says he was ready like 4 years ago but I felt more ready/excited about it as we got closer to the wedding. We always agreed that we wouldn't wait long after we got married because we both don't want to be older parents. We also had already lived together for a few years before we got married so we had already had plenty of alone time . Everything we have done in the past few years was to get ready for this - like buying a house in the neighborhood/school zone that we did, keeping in mind how much space we needed to grow as a family, etc.

I don't know, I'll tell you in about a week how hard it is

To answer this, I've had baby fever for a good year or more - and the single thought of having a little munchkin that's made from the two of us be in our lives gives me tingles everywhere. I am beyond excited and so is he. So now that the goalie is out, we'll see what happens. God willing, it happens in the next few months, and we can't freakin' wait. Fingers crossed for some baby magic this summer while we're in Europe. I'd like to tell our child that we conceived them on some foreign island hahahaha

I think you really have to look at your life and decide if you are ready to have someone in it that will always come before you and DH. If you are not ready for that then I don't think you are ready for a child.

I've had baby fever FOREVER, DH is just starting to catch it now

like what a lot of girls said, you have to see where you are in life and start from there to see if you're ready. DH and I are on the same boat and are not ready and don't want kids right now. We know in a few years we will, but we want to enjoy our time together and still travel. We also don't think we're financially ready so with all those reasons, we know we're not ready to have kids yet!

As a mother i don't think you are ever truly 'Ready' to have a baby because it is NOT easy and every baby is a little different but i would never trade it in for the world

My son kind of just happened and we decided to keep it for many reasons. One of the main reason was because i was always told i would have trouble getting pregnant from a previous injury but i love every minute of it

We have been trying to have baby number 2 since october with no luck

I am so ready to become a mother! I wasn't always 'Ready' when we first got married we knew we wanted to try right away and sometimes i still think that 'when the baby comes' you can't do as much in the beginning as you are used to now, but i'm sure life is more rewarding in its own way.

DH & I have been trying since July of 2011 and we have nothing to show for it Every month when that time of the month comes around, not only do i have to pick myself up, but its like i have to be the bearer of bad news to DH
