Spin off to my own thread

Was there anything that you really, really, wanted on your registry. Now that you have it, have you even used it?


I really wanted the bread machine, but haven't used it. I also really wanted the meat grinder attachment for the kitchenaid mixer, and I haven't used that yet either.

Quesadilla maker. Still in the box in my moms basement

We just dont have the room for everything. I think once we get a house or bigger apt. we might use it

Omg, my brother has this and it is unbelievable! I would so use that all the time. I usually just make them in the oven.

our coffee maker we thought we'd use it all the time because we LOVE coffee

but we always just go to 7-11 or DD
its so bad! we would save so much $$ if we just brewed at home

we love quesadillas too.. i just wish i had the room and the knowledge of how to make them

totally understand. We definitely use our machine on the weekends, but during the week, the travel mugs are a pain in my arse so we just stop at DD on the way to the train or I get it at starbucks in my building.

i do think that $5 a day (for me and DH) JUST for coffee. CRAZY!

i didn't register for a lot of 'gadgets' because everyone & their mother told me they'd never be put to use & just take up space...the one&only thing i did want & did get, was our fondue set. we've been married 2 1/2 years, and it's still sitting sealed in the box...

one thing i think i should've registered & actually used?? a quesidilla maker...although, then i mightve gained a newlywed 30 instead of 10 lol

That *****, I wish I would've kept all of the boxes and stuff now lol :( Stupid bread machine.

You know, you can still make yummy quesadillas in a frying pan! Crispity, crunchity, and oh so gooey yummy.
