Just wondering if anyone went to the SS office in Manhattan or Brooklyn and what was your experience like? I work in the city but live in Brooklyn and didn't know which office I might have a quicker, easier experience at. I don't want to have to take a whole day off to do the change.
Has anyone gone to either of these locations?

SS office in Manhattan $ucked. It took so long and there weren't many people ahead of me. If you go, get there as soon as it opens. I got there 15-20 mins after it opened and waited somewhere between 1-2 hours.
ETA: If you live in Brooklyn, you have to go to the SS office in Brooklyn.

not true if you live i brooklyn you have to go to the brooklyn one. i tryed to go to the city oe and they told me i had to go to the one in brooklyn
