i wonder this because its not exactly white but its closer to ivory, which is what many brides wear as u know. i had someone wear champagne and she just looked a little off. not that i really cared that day, but i am staring at the pic (its on my desk) and now i think that i would never wear champagne to a wedding.

if it was a dark champagne like closer to goldish then maybe

I try to stay away from any shades of white... now... if a bride decides to wear a red, blue, orange, etc dress, then we may have an issue omg.. or imagine if she chooses a black dress to wear, no one would be able to find her among the sea of little black guest dresses

I wouldn't...not a solid, anyway. Pattern or print, maybe. With another color or neutral in it.

Not unless it was SUPER dark champagne and even then I'd probably question it.

Ditto~ my mom wore champagne to my wedding, but it looked more goldish

I would wear champagne to a wedding but only if my son or daughter were getting married.

i wore a dress to my friends wedding but had it ok'ed 1st. it was labeled as light gold but could've passed as a champagne.

she and i were fine with it

my mom and mil both wore champagne dresses...didnt bother me to much but i think maybe cuz my dress was white..
