Spinoff: The Biggest Loser Recipes

Ok so we have done recipe threads before but I thought maybe posting things we like to eat that are low cal and than if people like it we can post the recipe?

Tonight DH made a recipe from our aprhodisiac cookbook (A gift people! )

Honey salmon...SUPER easy. Just get a salmon fillet (we like the ones from COSTCO that come frozen in individually sealed packets ina big bag in frozen food aisle) and wash it. Put it in an oven safe casserole dish or something. Glaze it with a teaspon or two of honey. Add some fressh (or dry doesnt matter) diced basil. Stick it in the oven uncovered until it reached desired consistency. I like ours for about 10 minutes so its cooked but still soft. Otherwise fish gets toooo dry and yucko.

Its SOOOOO good guys! Easy and YUMMY cause salmon is a sweet fish to begin with. But its not sugar sweet. Just a nice glaze and I usually hate any condiments on my food except ketchup.

Low cal too!

Sounds delish (love R.R.)!
I love to marinade flounder with McCormick lemon butter dill and sprinkles of paprika. I'm actually cooking it in the oven as I write.
