Dh and I are not sure whether to add our property taxes to our monthly mortgage. What is everyone doing or going to do?
Our property taxes were incorporated into our mortgage, I think its just easier this way then worrying about another bill.
The bank we financed through wouldnt let us do it so we have to pay our taxes separately. Its a real bummer when we have to write out those big checks every quarter. I say get it put in with your mortgage.
We actually pay our property and school taxes seperately.
We rolled our taxes into our monthly mortgage payment... soooo much easier!!
