Spinoff to Passport question

I STILL have not sent in my passport to be changed with my new last name.....and we're going to Europe at the end of Oct. is there a place I can just GO to, instead of having to mail all of this in?

Can I do this at the post office, no, right?

This shiot confuses me and frankly I'm a lazy as s and keep putting it off and it's gonna bite me in the butt soon.

Did you purchase the tickets in your maiden name or your married name? If they are in your maiden name then you do not have to change your passport.

There is a place in the city where you can get your passport that day but you have to prove that you are traveling in a certain time period like in the next two weeks.

Just do it! I seriously got my passport back in less than a week when I changed my name. I sent it priority mail and they sent it back priority mail. My marriage certificate and old passport were all together too!

Your passport number changes, I don't know if you had to apply for a visa or not. I don't remember if I had to get one for England, I know I needed one for Australia.

what did you do to have it changed? This is one of the last things I have to change

Fill out the application, take another picture and send them your old passport and marriage certificate.

They send back your old passport and your marriage license along with the new one.
