I had my cleaned but it's just hanging on a hanger. They wanted so much extra $$ to have it boxed I'm not sure what to do with it. I doubt I'll ever need a slip like that again. Would it be bad to give away or sell?

Re: Spinoff: What did you do with your slip?
Mine is beign saved for the next two sisters to get married....We paid to have it altered since I am so short (and so are they) sooo it hopefully will work for their dresses.

I didn't get it cleaned despite the hem line of my slip has a stain on it. After our wedding (about 2 years later) I was strapped for cash and sold my bridal slip on eBay.com 'as is.' After my wedding I kept my slip in a muslin cloth bag which I got from the same cleaner's who cleaned my bridal gown.

I am lending mine to another LIW bride for her wedding.

Haven't figured that out yet. I will probably have it cleaned with the dress...and then who knows what.

I think i threw it out. Or it can be still in the bag with my dress that has been hanging on the back of my closet door the past year
