Spray Tan...

Have any of you ladies done this before?
If so do you recommend it? How many days in advance did you do it? What type did you ?

I'm going to my sisters baby shower in Cali at the end of this month and I dont want to look so white and pastey (sp?) lol

i got one a while ago... went to beach bum tanning... i did NOT like it AT ALL! i basically looked orange and FAKE! it was really gross too.... my hands and feet were STAINED orange for a week!

I did it for my shower, rehearsal dinner which was 2 weeks before the wedding and the wedding...

For my shower I went to Salon Blue and I loved it. Then I heard about the Brazilian Bronze place, tried it and wasn't as happy with it as I was with the Salon blue. So for the wedding I went to salon blue. Loved it! I did NOT rub off on my dress, and it looked natural.

ETA- id do it 2 days before... You cannot shower for like 6+ hours

i've never gotten the kind in the booth that does is on it's own...i've heard stories and i just won't risk it! and personally when i've seen some get it, it looks orangey/fake to me... i HAVE however had an airbrush tan which looks fabulous...my sil does it over at Cactus in syosset..i'm guessing each place uses a different line of tanner, but their's is really nice.. here's a pic


eta: without it i am pastey PASTEY white! so pale my legs look like they have a blue sheen! lol

Looks great!!! I had the same thing, airbrush tan where you stand naked in front of a person and they spray you.. Its uncomfortable, but Im sure they've seen it all!

yeah i think thats your best bet!! the one at beach bum is like the booth that sprays you.... SUUCKED!!!!!!!

I used brazil bronze for the wedding. I really liked it. I went 2 days before my wedding. It lasts a week or so.

I did this for my bach party in Vegas and it came out AMAZING! Do it 2 days before an event for best results.
