Is anyone going to the
Spring Home Improvement Show ?

We plan to go tomorrow night. I want that free home design software

Fran - is there a software giveaway for everyone entering, or is it just at one particulary vendor? I couldn't find anything on it. Is the give-away only Thursday, or all weekend? We were thinking of Friday night - I want to try to get some ideas from the HGTV garden guru.

im going, i got free tickets from my job.. apparently 1800flowers is having some bed made out of 800 roses!!

We want to go Friday night. We went last year when we didn't have the house. Now it will be much more fun!!!

The giveaways were pretty lame!! I don't know anything about that software??

King Kullen has discount coupons, too. $2 off Th/Fr and $1 off Sat/Sun.

The vendor list looks good. I'm sure most of the give aways are key chains and stuff like that but they are supposed to have some prizes too.
The software give away is for the first 5,000 people that come in. They mention it on the web site under features. They open at 4:00 on Thurs we hope to get there by 7:00ish so I think we will make it.

Newsday.com is supposed to have coupons too. I have to take a look.

My hubby's company will have a booth there at the home show for dish and cellphones. He will be there tonight, Sat night and Sunday during the day.

We went last night. It was good not great. I thought it would be larger we were done in 2 hours and we spent time talking to a few different vendors.

I did get the free home planning software I wanted.
One of the things we were looking for is a new front door and we were able to see a number of different vendors with samples and prices so that was good. And we found out that 'the thing in the basement' that we thought had something to do with the sprinklers is actually a complete house water purification system that cost about $4000.00. The vendor was very nice he didnt try to sell us anything and offered to send someone over to us how to maintain it. So that made it more than worth the admish. cost.
