Hi Newlyweds. Since everyone was so helpful with the wedding planning, I'd figured that I would see if anyone could recommend an all inclusive vacation spot in Aruba or St. Lucia. We are trying to plan a nice little trip for the two of us. Thanks for your help!

Aruba-its newer with their properties. St Lucia when we looked into it, is GORGEOUS BUT has major issues with even their most luxe resorts being a little run down because they are so far off the beaten path that they dont get the level of tourism other tropical locations do so they have less moola for needed renovations. Check otu TripAdvisor.com for reviews on both aruba and st. lucia.

Re: st. lucia or aruba
We just came back from our carribean cruise this week and it had a stop in St.Lucia, i honestly do not reccomend it. We went to a private beach while there and we were hassled to buy stuff from the locals the entire time, it was non-stop. Also there is not much to do on the island itself, its not like the other islands, St.Martin, St. Barts or St. Thomas where you can shop and go sight seeing.
Ive never been to Aruba, but only hear wonderful things about it.

I agree with Ryan. DH and I were planning on going there but in the end he chose Mexico. For our 1 year anniversary we hope to visit. Good luck deciding.
