As some of you know I have been missing my camera for over a month ! Well I have been crying the last couple of days b/c I have been missing so many moments of my kids !! Well I posted my crying fest on LIF and someone said to say the St.Anthony prayer and lets just say within 5 minutes I found it !!

I tried! I made a hook with a hanger but before that i was using something else and i think I pushed it way deep into the crack cause now I dont see it anywhere.
you need to make like a little rake end onto the hanger and lower it way way back behind where you think the ring is and pull it forward and maybe you can pull the ring with it - - sort of like pulling a mop or broom towards you .
The problem is, the way it looks in there, the floor is below where my actual floor is. Its weird. and its SOOOO hard to see. I pulled so much dirt and crap out but no ring. I took a break today cause I started getting a headache from staring in that crack. I hope it isnt gone.

it sounds like there may be a couple of layers of flooring back there. I hope that's it cause at least it means your ring might still be there caught in the uneven area and not fallen through a hole!!!. of all the bad workmanship I've seen I'd guess on just bad flooring cause even the worst haandyman tries to close up holes. I really hope you will be able to retrieve it.
the only other thing I can think of is going with something like the buble gum - - actually maybe putty or double sided tape so if you feel along with your hanger and press down maybe it will stick and you can pull it out that way. t might be worth a try after you rest - - easier than taking out the cabinet. but good luck. I know how you feel. Thought I lost my e-ring in Target (long story) but didn't. will say a prayer to St. Anthony too for you.

Thank you! Yeah the flooring in t his place is horrible. I will keep you updated and hopefully have some good news by the beginning of next week.
