Re: Steak....
mmmm steak
for something quick & easy when i'm in a time crunch--i sprinkle salt on the meat on both sides, then use my garlic press and mince a couple cloves -- and pour a little teriyaki sauce on it -- and fresh pepper. lit it sit and marinade for a few minutes and then either toss it on the grill or throw it in the oven.

I love steak with bernaise sauce, ive made it and its easy and quick to make. Then maybe with creamed spinach on the side or macaroni and cheese, asparagus or even mashed potatoes. Depends on what you prefer

Re: Steak....
I really like to use the McCormicks Grill Seasonings on steak. The Montreal Steak Seasoning is the best!
Or some adobo!
This way you don't have to marinade if you don't want to.

yes, that's how we make our steak. We use steak seasoning and some seasoning salt and massage it into the meat. Then we either bake or grill it.

do you have a meat tenderizer? it looks like a mallet with like spikes on on side. if you dont have one- you can cover the meat with plastic wrap and beat it with a rolling pin
