!!*Steamy Saturday NWQOTD!!!

Ok so since Kerri loved it so much on the 2010 board, I'm stealing this question (thanks Fibber ).

What are some of the nerdy things you and DH do together that makes people at you????

(And yes I'm using my same answer)

Rock Band. We play all the time, lol. And Trivial Pursuit.

And I wouldn't say this is nerdy, but people all the time at us because we treat our bearded dragons and iguana like they're our children. They get playtime, baths, and they even have their own beds with embrodiered blankets and teddy bears, lol.

hmmm i answered on the other thread that we play some dorky games when we are on road trips.
we also read together in bed or side by side on the couch and then talk about the books to each other.

sometimes we watch corny shows like Tough Love lol
we also used to play a LOT of super mario bros on wii and we also play just dance together

I answered in the other thread...lots of stuff with our cats. Voices assigned to them, scenarios that we make up, etc etc etc.

We also argue about music and get really into it. We have an ongoing fake fight that we call 'Jimi versus Jimmy'...who's the better guitarist, Hendrix or Page. Although I agree with him and think it's Page, I still act like Hendrix is the beat ever just to irritate him. Then the argument ends when we call a truce on the basis that Clapton is, in fact, the greatest guitarist ever.

This argument happens at least once a month. Never gets old.

We have voices for our pets and we make up conversations that they might say to each other. I don't know if its nerdy or just weird

One of our first pets together was a BEARDIE! We named him Spike. We gave him Bath time too!

We talk to our dog in baby voices. My husband also pretends that he is our dog and talks in his voice lol. We also watch really corny reality shows together. My hubby is also a huge star wars fan so he watches those movies all the time. I always tell him he's a geek.

Definitely rock band. I play drums while DH plays guitar.

We also love to lay in bed and read together.

And we talk to our dogs. As if they were going to answer. DH makes fun of me for it but does it all the time himself.

ETA: Oh and Mrs. Pacman. We got the one you plug into the tv and it's really a little ridiculous.

We are big autograph collectors so when we go to all sorts of games we try to get things signed...

We also do fantasy sports together.....and we also have our shows we watch and stupid dances faces laughs etc...

But prob the dorkiest thing is our handshake...yues we have one that we do when something good happens

We do this too! It's awesome!

We sing together...we will just sing as we are walking around the house and other times we will sit at the piano and just sing and play.
