Still have no proofs - UPDATED - They are in!

It has been over 5 weeks now since my wedding and I still have no proofs. When I e-mailed my photographer on Oct 21, she said they would be in touch when they were ready (around 4 weeks from wedding).

My question is do I contact them again and be a pest or just wait patiently for the call? What did you do at this point? Thanks.

Same thing happened to me with the same photographer! They said they would call me in a week when they were ready, when I got no call I called myself and was told that have been ready

Just call!

Ok, thanks. I just hate to be a pest to them b/c they have been so wonderful to work with. I will try and get in touch with them today. I guess I just needed the push to call.

Suzanne, CALL them!!! Same thing happened to me. Or email them.

I just e-mailed Nicole since that was always the easiest way to get in touch with her IMO. If I do not hear from her by tomorrow, I will call. I am so excited to see my proofs already (although somewhat nervous as well).

Tara, how did your proofs come out? I can't wait to see them!

If it makes you feel any better, my proofs have been ready for about 3 weeks now, but I still haven't seen them. My aunt and uncle picked them up (since I'm not in NY), then sent them to my parents in FL, and I am finally supposed to get them in the mail today.

It's killing me b/c everyone is like 'ooooooh, your pictures are so beautiful, you've just gotta see them.' Well, duh!

At first I was overwhelmed. We have over 800 proofs.

Phil and I are very happy with them. They did an amazing job. I scanned in about 20 pictures last night and will continue scan more in tonight to post.

I have so many favorites!!! It's hard to decide which ones to scan.

Also, I am having a hard time picking a picture for the Thank you card. I have about 5 I did to chose between. I will post the 5 pictures and do a poll to see what everyone else thinks too.

I agree with the other Duet brides .. Suzanne, definitely contact Nicole again , because sometimes they don't call or email right away when your proofs are done (they are so swamped lately)

That happened to me with my casual pics and my thank yous.. i finally broke down and called and they told me they were ready. I hated to seem like I was bothering them, but really its only normal that you are checking up on the status

I cannot wait to see your proofs and Tara's also!!!
