DH and I are getting a storage unit in our building this weekend - I'm very excited but nervous to put stuff in the basement. Any recommendations on how to store stuff so it doesn't get ruined? I want to get those big plastic bins but where can I get them without spending a lot? I assume WalMart, Target and places like that have them but I'm afraid of trying to shop there during the holidays lol.

We used the bins and bought them at walmart (cheaper the target). For furniture and stuff like that just platic covering.
