Last night DH caught him chewing on something odd, so he quickly took it away and found that it was my small eyeliner PENCIL SHARPENER! First of all - I always keep it on my vanity table so I have no clue how he got it (maybe it fell on the floor??). And second - how stupid can this dog be??? Chewing on a sharp razor like that? He coulda sliced his tongue and the inside of his mouth Dogs are really frustrating sometimes. I hope when I have kids, that they're not nearly as dumb. lol. Make me CRAZY!!!!!!

I can understand a little puppy, but 5 years old?? He should've known better lol I am glad he is okay and didn't hurt himself , but it is still frustrating.
Our puppy CONSTANTLY takes our socks that are on the floor in my room. I have to scour the room first before I can let him in b/c I know he will grab any sock or t-shirt laying on the floor lol
The other day DH yelled at him b/c he was chewing on something, when he went to go take it out of his mouth, he saw that it was a tiny little baby mouse!!!
He chews on anything wood outside in the yard, pebbles, plastic...he finds the weirdest crap in the yard. He dug up something that looked like a plastic airplane the other day lol AHhhhhh gotta love them.

wow- good thing you caught him before he got cut!!!
Kids do stupid things too. My sister walked in on my nephew putting nail polish on his eyes like it was makeup.
It was in a drawer they thought he was too small to open and she left him for 2 minutes.
He must have seen my sister putting on makeup.

my dog was like that too when he was a baby. He totally grew out of that teething stage though and hasn't been a problem in a long time. So when I was getting the new house ready for him, I didn't really think about it since he's never a problem - till now!!!! It was SCARY though!!! I would have freaked out if I saw blood coming out of his mouth. I love that baby boy (as stupid as he is) so that would have been a crazy day.
And DH is still learning. Like we had balloons in the house yesterday so DH popped some and left their little rubber balloon corpses laying all over the floor. Normally I wouldn't care, but must I remind him that we have a stupid dog in the house who is very likely to choke on it???? lol. Well actually - speaking of RUBBER, this isn't the FIRST stupid thing my dog has chewed on actually. DH caught him tearing apart condoms a few weeks ago. Maybe he's just looking for attention.

Yesss - kids do stupid things too. At the preschool I used to work at, we once had a kid bring in a CONDOM for show & tell It wasn't in my class though, so i didn't see first hand. I just keep hoping that it was atleast unused
(what's with me & all these condom stories suddenly?)
ETA - that kid was only 3 or 4 years old and had no idea what the condom was. He just found it in his bathroom at home and thought it looked cool. hahaha

Oh my...Im glad hes fine. I have a pretty scary story myself. My big Yorkie Brownie started eating rat posin a few mths ago!!! We had just moved into our apartment and I thought I vaccumed everyone andmade sure the apt was clean. Well, sure enough DH and I were going to bed one night and I hear him crunching away on something. I said to DH..uh, I didnt get him a treat...I quickly run to him and there he is with a block of posin between his paws!!! Luckily DH is a Vet tech so we quickly poured proxide in his mouth and he vommited it up. I dont know what I would of done if he died ...Im glad he decided to eat it while we were home...and it didnt have time to affect him. But long story short..dogs (pets) are like kids..they get into anything and everything!
