Stupid effin kid...

This dumb kid who was driving drunk and almost killed a woman dressed up like a jailbird 2 weeks AFTER the accident. I guess he thought it would be funny but a judge saw the pics and gave him 2 years in prison. How could he be so heartless to think this was funny? I dont understand people.
