yeah ive never had a desire to do it. Its weird though bc i wax and have no issues, doesnt bother me, but at the end when they have to pluck a few hairs by the arch i go nuts and hate it. Thats why i like waxing, a few seconds and its done lol.

Right, why is that? I always tweezed my own eyebrows and it never really bothered me. It still doesn't really, but sometimes after she waxes and then tweezes a bit, it hurts a little. Maybe it's a little more sensitive from the wax?

I've never tried threading. I guess I really won't now.

oh i dont pluck myself either though i hate plucking period. My mom does this for a living so she waxes my eyebrows, and i can scream at her so i do when she plucks. I yell at her to stop and get away from me. She'll keep yelling at me to stop so she can get the last few hairs and SOMETIMES ill sit but sometimes i cant take it and make her stop lol.

i'm an even bigger wuss... i still can't put up with the pain of tweezing! and i've been doing it for onlyyyy for 14 years now!!! My eyes still tear!!! I'm bad with pain lol that's why i'm scared of waxing and threading

oh no tweezing is 10x worse than waxing, go for the waxing then.

Yeah, waxing would be the best thing lol I like the way it feels when I pluck my brows, but it took so long so I opted for the waxing and it goes so much faster

OMG I went today and wanted to scream...lol I hate it but love the way the girl does them. I used to go to Bklyn to get my eyebrows done but #1) I have to travel and #2) I hate waiting my turn. So I just walkover to the threading place during lunch time.

The woman actually said to me 'Be a big girl - don't cry!'...I was tearing from the stinging! Not actualyl crying!! But so painful...I told her that it usually hurts me so she went extra fast...yay for her...

I stopped waxing just because I always end up going during work and waxing makes my skin SO much redder...I work with a bunch of dudes, so you can imagine the abuse I would take...

did you ever try an after wax cooling gel? i never get red but always hear everyone does. Dont know if its just my skin or what it is, or maybe bc ive been doing it for so long and its used to it. Ive been waxing since i was like 14 so wow 15 years or so. I HATE the oil they put on after, i use my own gel

i think i used to get red YEARS ago though not sure

You are one VERY brave girl...I can't wax myself...Pulling the thing off is torture...and I sit there for a while before I can actually do it! I used to do my lip myself but I just can't take the anticipation!

The brand is Gigi and next to it in smaller words says Honee. Probably at a beauty supply store, ill ask
