Suffolk County Bound

Our bid was just accepted for a house in Ronkonkoma (Connetquot Schools)

The engineer is doing the inspection on Saturday. I am excited and nervous at the same time

Michelle; that makes us almost neighbors! We're in the same school district, just south of Sunrise - technically Sayville, but closer to Bohemia borders.

Congrats!!! I wish I could move farther out east, the houses are so much nicer out there with more land. I have to work long hours in the city so it won't work out. I hope you enjoy your new home!!

that is wonderful!!! congrats...I have a bunch of family in Ronkonkama (sp?) and MIL lives in Patchogue. That is wonderful I will keep my figures crossed!!!
